- Ron is available to mediate cases with an emphasis on employment and labor matters. Over 25 years, Ron has represented plaintiffs and defendants, as well as counseled employers and employees on matters with an objective towards reconciliation versus litigation. Beyond his experience, Ron's alternative dispute resolution training includes Mediating the Litigated Case, a 40-hour course through Pepperdine's Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
